So, i'm in love with my best friend

I used to live with him a few weeks ago (just flatmates, that's how we met) And i've slept with him a few times- this started as a drunken thing but now it's just once in a while. I dont think he thinks of me quite like i think of him.

Anyway, to make matters worse, he has a girlfriend (Yes, the 'times i've spent with him' he was cheating on his girlfriend, but i dont think i feel as guilty about this as i should). But i really think that would be a bad idea, i love my boyfriend so much i just can't get my best friend out of my mind. Everything reminds me of him. I seek things out that remind me of him. I worry about how much i'm contacting in case i'm getting clingy and he guesses.

I want to forget about him. And i want to be happy forgetting about him. And above all i really want him in the 'friend zone' and i want him to stay there. Please, any advice will help. Don't feel bad about being ruthless. xxxx

So you're both cheating on your significant other? If you say you love your boyfriend why would you do that behind his back. To me thats just a really low blow. I just dont see how any of this is right. And on top of that you're in love with another person. I'm sorry but I show no sympathy

This community is littered with people such as myself who have had their hearts broken because of people who act like YOU.

You'll get as much support from this community as you need, I should know because I've had a lot of it, all caused from having my life turned upside down by somebody like you.

You don't need support - you need a lot of help, as a person.

Enjoy sleeping with your conscious.

Grow up.

Regards,

Jonny.
