Women, do you find beer bellies on men attractive. Yay or nay?

If you're referring to my post, it's not hate at all. Just a desire for a partner who is in at least remotely the same physical shape I am (which is pretty darn good, not to toot my own horn). :D

Don't worry! Here is some proof there are guys out there into women with your level of fitness. :bunny::bunny:

Haha! That song is funny. Not sure why you're under the impression that I'm "rockin' the beer gut" though.

Ok... My bad I read your post the wrong way. :o Sometimes I just skim posts.

I thought you were asking for a guy with a beer gut similar to you.

I don't know that a little belly is a reliable indicator of indolence and gluttony. I know plenty of men who have sedentary jobs and rock a little belly even though they hit the gym a couple times a week, go for walks, do weights, go hiking and dancing and skiing on the weekends. Reasonably fit, reasonably active, but not hardcore gym-heads or professional athletes.

Again, I suppose it depends on what degree of belly we're talking about. As I said before, my husband has a little bit of a belly, and he's a strong, pretty active guy, likes to exercise and get out in the sun--but he's also forty and has a job where he sits most of the day, and he likes to eat well and drink wine.

I also know plenty of women who have a little extra junk in the trunk or thicker thighs than they would have under circumstances where they spent all day working out, but that doesn't mean they don't get out there and have fairly active lives.

Yes, I acquired an extra bit of padding, got a little more voluptuous after my son was born and I hit my middle 30s. Why do you ask? :lmao:

If I love someone, a bit of a beer belly isn't going to matter- as long as he doesn't mind that I fart in my sleep- because I do:o:lmao:

Sometimes when I laugh too....

I love a big beefy man with a hairy chest. Someone who is muscular, but with a small layer of fat to give him a manly, and yet cuddly ,amd sensuous look. That's hot

However when I think of a beer belly, I picture a guy with no muscle tone whatsoever , skinny arms, and legs, a saggy chest and a a large round gut protruding from his middle. I see someone with that kind of physique as a man who is too lazy to make the slightest effort to care for his appearance or health. I honestly can't think of a male body type more unappealing. Sorry, but there's nothing attractive about a man with a beer cut.

Well, even though I do have a beer belly, what you've said is near to how I am, except I don't have a hairy chest (which I'm glad about), and I'm not THAT big and beefy/muscular.

Oh I totally agree, that isn't attractive at all.

I'm a big guy myself. Wouldn't say obese, but def husky. Some women like me, some women don't. I've had my fair share of them. Some good looking, some not so much. But, my personality has gotten me most of it. I can make them laugh, and am always self confident. I think that is key. Looks can take you only so far. Especially with women, they respond to emotional cues. And if you know how to work with that, that's over half the battle...

No, I don't like men with beer bellies, or any chub/outrageous muscle really. I go for guys with naturally trim figures because I am trim too, and with any other build I feel like I'm being too physically overpowered, which is not appealing to me.

Beer bellies are gross and are a total turnoff. They distort a man's natural and attractive shape in the worst way possible.

Doesn't matter if it's the "firm, solid" kind or one of the loose floppies. Each is hideous in its own way.

maybe they like them in a fetish-y sort of way..but I don't think most women would enjoy a guy with fat on his gut because he eats horribly and doesn't work out...whats to like there?

I don't think most guys work out. At least over here anyway.

To be honest, my beer belly is a result of taking anti depressants, I used to hardly have any fat on me at all before I started taking them, and I actually looked a lot worse IMO (had a gaunt looking face). Even if I eat loads it didn't make any differnce.

I think my eating habits are about average, maybe a bit on the unhealthy side, but what can I say, I like my food.

I do work out (I lift weights), but not as often as I'd like too since the meds really sap my energy.
