thehurtwriter Posted May 20, 2011 Share Posted May 20, 2011 I have been with my boyfriend for over two years. I'm happy, most of the time but ever since I can remember his temper has been a problem. I've put up with it knowing that I have my own quirks but recently they have been getting really bad. I cry over it and he tells me they aren't real and that if I don't like being with him that much I should leave him. He calls me names, really mean names. I find myself about to puke but instead I cry. I just care so much about him I try really hard not to piss him off but I do anyway with every little thing I do. I can be a little too talkative about my feelings and my problems. I ask for him to spend a little time with me without texting or doing something else on the internet, just with me. He only does that when he comes to see me, we are a long distance relationship you see. We live within 100 miles. Today, I have decided to leave him because I try to talk to him about his abusiveness and he keeps pointing out the door like the past two years are that easy to end. I'm done. I will have this no more. I have someone else to think about now. I might be pregnant. I'm not too sure. I can't risk having a kid by a guy like that. I can do better... I think. sugarmomma Posted May 23, 2011 Share Posted May 23, 2011 Of course you can do better whether you are pregnant or not. also try to find an abuse counselor so that you can avoid repeating the same mistake in the future. abused women have a tendency to attract the same kinds of men.
