lawlz_xD
Weightlifting has done amazing things for me, both physically and spiritually. I struggled with low self-esteem due to my weight for a majority of my life and only being <18, this dealt a huge blow to my social life, confidence, etc. After my first breakup, I was devastated/heartbroken/depressed. I moped around, contemplated suicide, drank alcohol, took sleeping pills, etc. I than found weightlifting and I was EXTREMELY weak (refer to video for starting lifts). After 2 years, I can say that I am a completely different person. I am much more confident with myself, am much happier as a person, and find myself talking (and dating several of them, though not successfully) to more attractive females even. =] Starting Lifts (1 rep max): Squat:75lbs. Bench:65lbs. Deadlift:95lbs Total:230lbs. February 2011 (1 rep max): Squat:365lbs. Bench:230lbs. Deadlift:415lbs. (not shown in video) Total:1010lbs. tman666
You've come a long way in 2 years. Just wait until 5 years, or even 10 years. Remember that it's a journey. You've got good potential if you keep it up! Solid lifts man, solid lifts.
