TheLawmaker Posted May 30, 2011 Share Posted May 30, 2011 And I have no idea how to use it! I just did a "workout", where I lifted a 10 pound one 15 times, with each arm, and 5 times, with each foot. I then stretched from side to side, 5 times on each side, and did 10 situps and 10 pushups. I am extremely overweight, and out of shape, so I don't want to overdo it. But I am worried about using the kettle weights wrong, since they seem to be different than conventional weights. Link to post Share on other sites
