Dust
I think I’m sick. I surely feel sick. I have for the past few days been leaking water from my nose and eyes. The stuff coming from my nose looks like water even though its just clear like water feels like water snott. I hope I’m better tomorrow. It’s been like 2 days now, tomorrow will be day 3. I felt a little better today but its so annoying. I’m going take a Dayquil pill I’ve had laying around for god knows how long. Years I’m sure. They don’t go bad do they. I’ll take that tomorrow. Maybe write a note so the paramedics will know what you took when they are trying to revive you. ...and when I read the subject of your thread, I immediately wondered if you were eating any foods that used that old "Olestra" stuff that was marketed in the late '90s as a fat substitute in snack foods. However, for the first few years, they were required by the FDA to print on the label a kind of a list of medical side effects, which included "loose stools" and "anal leakage." Sorry, it just popped into my head... Hoping that maybe some humor will help make you feel a little bit better...
Author Dust
Yeah you almost made me laugh. Rent was due first of the month. If I drag myself to the front office with a check by the 3rd it won’t be the paramedics who find my body first. Seriously I think I would have been asleep by now but with tearing eyes and especially a dripping nose I just couldn’t lay there anymore.

Dairy products make the mucus problem worse. I read somewhere that that's a lot of rubbish...but it isn't. I've oftened managed to shake bad colds off sooner than expected by cutting out all dairy products until it goes away. Drink lots of water, herbal teas and plenty of fruit. Smoothies are good. Mix up your favourite fruits with a banana to thicken it up. Also lots of lettuce as it's a natural sedative and you need to get as much sleep as possible. If it's the worst you've ever had and you're still not feeling better by the end of the weekend, then see a doctor sooner rather than later. Hope you're feeling better soon. Author Dust
I regularly consume large amounts of dairy. I haven’t so much as used butter since this started 3 days ago. Its day 3 and I am feeling better. The leaking has slowed. My eyes, throat, and nasal passage still give me trouble, but it’s better now. Hopefully I will continue to get better. A fruit smoothie sounds pretty good right about now.
Author Dust
As far as I know the only things I’m allergic to is dust and mold. I’ve had the scratch test. As far as making a smoothie goes I bought some lactose free milk to make the smoothie with. Will the lactose free milk still cause congestion?

Author Dust
Isn't eating local honey suppose to be good for allergies? I love honey and local things so that would be good. I still feel congested but almost 100% again. I haven’t been leaking since Friday, and continue to feel better each day. Like I said I’m not leaking anymore and almost feel 100% better. Still a little congested but its not dripping out.
Ouroboros
That might only be good for pollen allergies if it is true.
