Background:

So things were going great with this girl until I was forced to move away for 9 months.

We had been going out for 6 months before I left.

We met up for 10 days over Christmas Break and I stayed with her and things were great, even better than before.

Situation:

So it was around 2 months ago when she said that her feelings for me were getting weaker. I went through great emotional turmoil because I still loved her just the same.

Since then things have been on a steady decline and now it's to the point where we are basically single again. I have some feelings for her still but not as strong as before just because she hurt me by losing her feelings almost altogether.

She said that she thinks there is a possibility that it was just the distance that interferred with her feelings, but told me she doesn't care either way if I come back (which I don't believe, because when I brought up breaking up she got really angry).

I have my ticket to leave a week from now. I'm definitely going, no questions. My question is regarding the probability of us re-igniting our love once I return. I'm sure we've both changed a little, but I want to feel that love again.

How will she react? Indifference? Will I have to go through the motions of the beginning of our relationship again? Will she just have a rush of emotions?

What are my chances here?

EDIT: I'm 18 and she's 16. I realize her being young is a contributing factor to the confusion she said she's having, but we wouldn't have lasted this long if it wasn't for real...
