Even more relaxing if the pool has some shade to it so you can get out of the sun if it gets to hot. Walking the beach any time of day bare feet when the sand feels good is also relaxing, helps me think. Link to post Share on other sites

If you'd told me 6 months ago I'd be meditating for 30 minutes every evening, or 3-10 minutes when I feel the stress build I'd have laughed at you!! But now I can't imagine living without it.
