So I talked to her. Yep, you can guess the outcome!

So I talked to her. Yep, as usual I was denied again!

Basically her excuse is she said is that she really doesn't have time for anything right now, and that she is just not looking for a relationship and "sorry."

I can understand because she goes to school on the other end of the state, but right now just works part time in the summer and goes to class. Which if she wanted to you know she could make time somehow after class or something as others here suggested.

So either she does have a boyfriend, or she just is not interested in me. Me thinks more the not interested, doesn't like me.

Well done for trying! Guys get turned down all the time - the trick is to pick yourself up, forget about her, and move on.

Well I get shot down EVERY SINGLE time! Every time! I'm serious. I can't catch a break!

This is seriously bs though. God has it in for me!

Please take that guys advice. Pick up, move on. And congrats for being brave and taking the risk.

Please don't pursue that girl any further, or talk about her anymore here. MOVE ON.

And, I have asked you before, and you've ignored me ... have you been doing any work on your own issues? You'll help yourself become more dateable if you do.

How do I have "issues"? All I did was ask her out. Why couldn't she just at least said yes to it? They always say no. Everytime. It's getting old!!

How many women have you asked out on a date in 2011?

You have quite a history of stalking behavior and boundary issues. I believe you have Aspergers and there are things that can help Aspies integrate socially.

Those are what I meant by "issues."

Getting help with these things might make you a more appealing guy, and thus, more successful in getting dates.

I'm sorry you are unhappy that she turned you down, and you sound frustrated, but anger has no place in it ... if you are EVER going to turn this trend around.

No, I NEVER stalked this chick or anything. Never said anything abnormal to her, or anything!

She will have time, just not for you. My guess is she knew your motive all along, but was pretty indifferent to you, so she saw no point.

She said you had a history of it, didn't say you did it this time, which is a huge step forward in the right direction. A bigger step forward is to just let this one go, and to realize that it happens to everyone, not just you, and to respect her wishes that she isn't interested. Now..go look around for another chick who's your age and has potential of being interested in you, and start flirting it up with her. Forget about this one, please.

How would she seen a "motive"? I didn't hit on her before or anything like that. This is a bunch of BS.

Now class will be awkward especially when we are working together now.

Girls can still read your body language just fine - you think your motives are hidden in black box, when in reality you broadcast them just fine. But hey, keep getting offended, I'm sure you will have thousands of conquests, mr. Cassanova ;)

I asked her out over the phone. How can she tell my body language over the phone?

Tonality, body language - you're caught up in semantics. Point still stands, she easily picked up on this.

Like I said I didn't flirt or hit on her before or give any indication. Seriously.

One other one before this one.

Ok, so don't give me crap about how they always turn you down if, in 6 months, you only asked out 2 girls. Solution: ask more girls.

I don't know if you saw a thread I started recently about how I've been using online dating sites to try to get dates. I added up all the emails I had sent... it was hundreds in the last few months. When you have hundreds of women rejecting you, and if they all reject you, then you can bitch about it. ;) (Luckily I had a few dates out of that, so I'm not complaining.)

So, what you do now is forget about this girl as anything other than another student in your class - she's not interested and it's a waste of your time and energy to worry about her anymore - and have a look for some other girls to ask.

To some extent, dating can be a numbers game. Most women won't find you attractive (and that's not you, it's just how it works) so you have to ask quite a few before you find one who is interested. Keep looking!

Oh, and well done for (finally) asking her today. Waiting until the weekend like you were going to wouldn't have made a difference, and now you have a few extra days to start looking for someone new that you wouldn't have had if you had waited.

With a person like this you'll never be able to ask out enough girls. You ask out 50 then he'll come back with why didn't you ask out 100? If you ask out 100 then he'll come back with why didn't you ask out 200?

If you give a mouse a cookie...

I take it you've never heard the story of Thomas Edison inventing the light bulb?

OP, she's just playing hard to get. A lot of women will test a guy to see how much they are into them. Ask her out again.

Thomas Edison never invented the light bulb. One of his minions from his think tank did.

Sure, fine; regardless, someone had to keep trying, because you're not successful until you are. If that sounds tautological, it's because it is, but that hasn't stopped you from missing the point (twice)

Then she will think I'm a stalker.

This is going to be awkward now. The last month of school since I'm in her group. Not going to be a fun rest of the summer.

I wish I could drop the class.

Why? Just because some chick who you barely know rejected you?

You're going to allow a rejection from some chick who you've known for no more than a few weeks to ruin your summer? Come on, now.

But It wont be fun going to class. I'm nervous now, and it will be awkward working with her in class now after this. She probably doesn't really like me much then.

Next time she texts me about an assignment should I just ignore her then?
