brokendreamz
Does anyone have friends/associates who have been in a long term relationship and just seem to be going through the motions? I mean, there's hardly ever any affection shown, lots of arguments/disagreements that seem to be bought up out of spite or something? Almost like a relationship of convenience - just cos they've been together so long and are too scared to leave eachother for fear of the unknown? What do you think, should you speak to them about it when they are obviously unhappy or wind your neck in and just be there for them if it all goes tits up?! Would you stay in a relationship like this?? What about if young kids are involved??

A relationship takes 2 people to make it work, if its stagnant to you and you love your ex, do something about it, do something to him/her that he/she has never seen before. Im going to tell you that all relationships go stagnant but you can bring them back to life if you do something about it other then complain. My ex was emotionally cheating on me but she couldn't leave me because I always led the relationship, we always tried new things every week. I made things work even with our busy work/school schedule. I did my part in this relationship
