Nohbody
Wow. The BOSS 28 day course was crazy. Not exactly what I expected, but probably exactly what I needed. I thought about her a lot out there while wrapped in my wool blanket as the rain and hail came down... but over time I began to develop a new perspective on things. While BOSS is terribly expensive and maybe a little insane, I believe that the solitude, change of scene, and constant physical exertion was good for me. I'd recommend to all of you to get out of your comfort zone, push yourselves physically, emotionally, and mentally, and undergo some form of ordeal. I mean a real ordeal, not what you've already gone through. Rising to the challenge may be just the thing to help you remember why you are the most important person in your own life, and that you're pretty awesome. Hang tough! Gung Ho! DontWorryBHappy
Sounds great. The secret is definitely staying busy... so I suppose you can continue applying that mindset now that you're home.
