PelicanPete Posted July 11, 2011 Share Posted July 11, 2011 Trying to gain weight has always been very hard for me. I'm 20 years old, 6'2", 167lb, with about 12% BF. I have a very fast metabolism which makes putting on even a pound a big deal for me, and keeping it on an even bigger challenge. I have a high muscle to weight ratio and I don't mind by size, but I want to add a few pounds so that I can progress with my fitness goals. Any methods to naturally slow down your metabolism? Thanks.
