If i was addicted to Porn, would I be able to do without it for 1 week?

i watch porn from time to time. I used to watch it most days of the week back when i was happy and employed. Well now i'm not really happy

 

so i don't even watch it anymore.

 

If i was really an addict i would not be able to stop right?
