Im not against it but Im not making any effort as well. I was ready to end the relationship back in April when you drunk texted Kevin but you gaslit me by telling me you loved me. Not only that but when you finally did break up with me b/c I caught you, you gaslit me again. Seriously grow up. Do you think I am naive. My intuition is smarter then you think and I accepted the fact that you cheated on me last year yet you continued to lie about it. This breakup is actually one of the best thing that has happened to me. Does it hurt, yes but everyday I see how I dodged a long term bullet dating you and thats why I got my cough. It was purely psychological stress that I could not expell until I emotionally detached from you. It's good that you wrote it though as I believe writing your feelings down helps to get them out of your system. If you had sent it, you would have regretted it and I think you already know that. It's ok to go through anger towards your ex but if you unleash that anger on them, you will probably feel better for a while but guilt would set in not long after and you'd have that to deal with too.
