Good to take Couple of Classes to improve Resume?

Just taking couple of classes as opposed to taking a whole degree.

 

I'm currently unemployed but Taking full time classes and a whole degree is just not for me because i need to be working hard and helping my parents cause they're old. Moreover, i can't learn at 2am and not sleeping at all.

 

So i can take classes here and there like for software, and maybe some programming, and maybe some class here and there about communication or whatever. or some other skil.

 

Is this a good idea?

one of my former coworkers was a former gangster and she got promoted starting off just as a customer service rep, and got promoted to some tech position within the company, they just trained her there.

 

Her past no college fact didn't matter. She was just clever so they gave her the opportunity.

 

So, i don't really have to go for a degree. I already have one from my past.
