snug.bunny
I was wondering if anyone had any advice to offer, with regard to tempers. When I was a young child, I had a wicked little temper. But, over the years, I have grown out of it and it takes a LOT now for me to get mad or angry, to the point where I feel like the person who was face slapped in this scene: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7VS9GUJTQjU There have only been a few instances over the past several years, where I have felt like that, and today was one of them. It happened a couple of hours ago, and I feel totally fine now (no longer angry), and it was nothing major (it was a paperwork discrepancy that was a result of a department not doing their job correctly). When I contacted the department, to correct it, I was very calm and not angry when speaking with them, but I felt the rage internally beforehand. Talking myself out of the anger, isn't the problem. It's the flood of feelings I felt for a few minutes as a reaction. Can anyone relate?
