sigh Posted April 25, 2004 Share Posted April 25, 2004 im having a really bad relapse tonight..(its 2 in the night in my part of the world) im crying like crazy and cant stop myself... broke off with my bf a yr ago after which he and my best friend started off.. im so hurt today...i dont know y its all coming back tonight.. sumone plz help...im gonna hv a nervous breakdown here.. Maybe you don't want to. What you can do right now for yourself (or, well, when it's daylight) is get out of the house, go for a walk, treat yourself to breakfast out, and make a list of five things you love about your life. Then plan something, immediately, that will make you feel good about yourself: a pedicure, a new book, a run by the water, whatever it is. Have you gotten some counseling? I hope so. You deserve it.
