Trishi
I'm not sure if this is a problem, but for years now, I've had this strange problem with taking a nap during the day. I can feel tired, exhausted, and similar, but I know I can't take a nap. Because when I do, the same thing happens, every time, without fail. I get a severe headache that persists for 30 to 60 minutes, sometimes longer, and I get this nausea along with it. I'm litterally at a loss for what's causing this, as it has been happening for years now. I have been looking at my past, but nothing comes to mind at all. I know some of my friends does it, and it never bothers me. My family did, and even though I have an extremely bad relationship with them, it still doesn't bother me. It's very annoying... I can be tired at 5 pm, knowing that I only have two options - Go to sleep, and sleep till morning, skipping dinner, or just stay tired for the rest of the day. I have never used caffeine. Not Coca Cola, not Coffee, not Red Bull, not anything of the like. I'm not planning on starting, either, because as far as I know, it can only worsen the problem. Do anyone have any suggestiong, or ideas concerning what my problem may be?
lordWilhelm
How long do you typically nap? If you want to keep your energy level perhaps you may want to consider tea or, if even tea caffeine is totally out, at least small regular snacks (these can be healthy snacks, for example fruits) to keep your blood sugar level from dropping. Art_Critic
Keeping a bowl of fruit around to munch on can help with the mid day/morning sleepies
Author Trishi
Fruit? :/ I have had a couple of issues with... crap, I don't know what it's called... sugar disease? >_> Probably not. Either way, eating too much sugar causes me to get dizzy and such, but I haven't ever heard of it affecting sleep. Will probably try that though, see if it helps
