At what point should I begin to worry that he hasn't called? It's already been 3 days, and I am starting to feel like a 15 year old kid waiting for my high school crush to call...GRRRR. Obviously I am feeling a little edgy; am I over-reacting?

I don't think you should worry yet, he would have probably called if he had thought you were worried. It is very likely you'll hear from him today or tomorrow. Some guys just dislike talking on the phone or forget to call on time because they don't realize it's so important to their gf.

I'd bet then he just had problems finding a working phone box. or has problems with operators. Or perhaps he's just really busy. Don't worry about it, he is likely to call soon, and perhaps apologize for the long silence.
