That often doesn't happen. Your friend was under no obligation to invite you to the concert. There may have been many very good reasons why she didn't. Perhaps she didn't have the money to purchase a ticket for you. Maybe it was somebody else who invited her. Why upset yourself over this. If you want to go, buy yourself a ticket and take another friend. Remember, don't expect anything in return when you do things for others!!! Quote

reasontosigh Posted April 30, 2004 Posted April 30, 2004 I thought I was in your situation this week, Patty. My girlfriend said she was going to see Rick Springfield the other night. She didn't say anything over the weekend about me going. That afternoon I got a call from her at work asking what I was doing that night. She had called at the last minute because she was on the guest list and didn't know how many tickets she would be getting. It was a great show, by the way!
