Lil1
Definitely not normal! Could be gas? Could be some crazy alien that's incubating before tearing through your chest lol! Jokes aside though, this could be serious so please go get checked out soon!

carhill
You do know that everything in there does move around, right? Heart, lungs, blood vessels, digestive tract. It's not an alien in there. I suggest you read up on anatomy and function on the internet. However, if you are feeling pain (I get gall bladder attacks and the pain can be debilitating) and/or are running a fever, call your doctor immediately. Otherwise, accept the opinions of the experts who have checked you and learn more about your body. Knowledge is power. Enjoy your youth

Hmm it could be your diaphram. Did you lift something recently? Your liver and spleen swollen? If so, get to the Dr and have a check up.
