rosie72 Posted August 1, 2011 Share Posted August 1, 2011 Ok.. so i am trying to be more positive today and less of a crying heap, and i wanted to share one thing that is helping me through this intense breakup pain. I started to meditate recently (just before all the S**t hit the fan with my partner, sorry i mean ex) and found a great site which has free guided meditation podcasts. There's lots of different ones - for grief, for anger, relaxation, letting go etc. Because I've had really bad insomnia I've found them helpful for stopping my mind going over and over everything and getting (some) sleep.
