KR10N
I already know what my problem is, food intolerance. This is the first time in years I've had stomach pains. In school I didn't eat from lack of appetite or fear of vomiting. I think I went a week w/ out any meals. I've seen a specialist for my problem. It's only started this morning. Anyone know of anything that'll sooth my stomach?
Dorie
Ginger will help if you have any. The fresher the ginger, the better. You can use a grater and shave about a tablespoon into some hot water. Let it sit a minute then drink it. Forgot to mention, dried ginger works as well if you have some, either alone, or as part of trail mix. Edited August 5, 2011 by Dorie
FitChick
How about baby food? Cream of wheat or oatmeal? A green drink?

Dust
BRAT diet. Bananas, rice, apple sauce and toast. Hope you feel better soon. Something like this would help. I recommend staying away from animal proteins like all dairy, fish, meat etc. Just eat a whole food plant based diet and see if that helps. Don’t take supplements or vitamins but actually eat high fiber foods like vegatables, oatmeal, brown rice etc.

whichwayisup
I've got tummy pains right now for some reason. High pains or low pains? Sometimes tums/rolaids can help.. Try laying on your stomach with a pillow under your stomach. Or, maybe you just need a poop!
