ilikesunita
I don't think that family matters that much, but I always find it best to let people be. As an example, I suspect my brother is autistic since he doesn't get/understand many social cues/norms, and he is overbearing, but I suck it up by not associating with him. Is this the key to dealing with relatives?
Crazydazy0409
I think that you need family in your life, but to a certain extent. You can't just walk away. I mean you can but in the end you might regret it. Anyway boundaries need to be set, and I am going through that now. It's establishing healthy boundaries, and not being a doormat. I wish you well. I disagree. All human relationships should be chosen.
