Issues with new boss

Ok so 2 summers ago I got hired my my best friends rich uncle who likes me a lot. I work as a yard maintenance man at his condo complex. Well he went on year long vacation last summer. So he made one of the residents manager while he is gone. Well me and her have some problems. Firstly I screwed up in the beginning of summer when school ended (college student) and did not show up to work for 5 days (this was back in June and I do not have a set schedule). After that I worked my ass off and the residents always give me compliments. But now the owner (my friends uncle) was supposed to come back Sept 1st but is coming back much earlier. My now boss is panicking because the complex is not top notch(her standards). Also the owner has a condo and has ivy in the back yard that has grown out of control but my now boss said (before we heard he was coming back early) that we can do his back yard when he gets closer. But I mentioned I should clean and polish his backyard numerous times before. We went back there and she was hinting that it was my fault that his back yard is a mess when I kept saying I should clean it and she said no. Whats funny is she wanted me to plant flowers before doing the yard I was like "really?' When I was planting the flowers she got pissed that I was taking too long despite the ground being a very hard clay dirt. Then she wanted me to go around and put gravel in dirt areas and spread it out. We had 13,000 pounds of gravel delivered and she expected me to spread it all out in one day and mow the lawn I was only able to spread it out in 2 days. If I were to do it in all in one go it would have taken over 12 hours had to dump it in a wheel barol and go to the dirt areas and spread around etc. So yes I have had issue with the manager and feel she will blame me for the owners back yard. The owner can honestly come back right now. What to do?
