just thought if people do get second chances, the chances of them posting it on a forum would be slim, why would you? unless you came here to start with explaining your situation but then reconciled with that partner so wanted to update people here.

 

anyway. i am 24 now. back when i was 17, my best friend was with a girl, who was immature and didnt realise what a nice guy my friend was to her. plus he is a good looking chap who could have anyone. she was doing gcse's at the time and me and my friend were at college if i can remember correctly

 

anyway, it broke his heart, i can remember how down he was, and it was hard for me to see. i hadnt experienced heart break at that point before so i couldnt relate and wondered what the fuss was! (oh sweet innocent days).

 

anyway he moved on, and went out with my ex gf's best mate! so it was awesome me and him seeing two mates, we had good laughs together.

 

anyway they were together for about 3 years and even ended up engaged.

 

then later on that relationship between him and her broke down. he moved back home, and some how possibly through fb? got in touch with his ex of all those years ago!

 

they got back together and are still both together, its been about a 2 years now!

 

 

so i guess you never know what is going to happen in life. its funny how somethings work out.
