It appears to be one of the better diets and is particularly good for the skin. Do a google search and you'll get all the information you could ever hope for.

He's a smart guy. Take all the ideas about healthy eating, strip off the 'healthy' part so as not to scare people, and give it his own name. People have proven that they will follow a 'diet' recommended by somebody if it has a fancy fad name, even if it is exactly what the health and nutrition people have been saying all along.

I decided to go with it because living in NYC kinda makes the skin dull and not to mention the benefit of weight loss. I've been on it for about 2 1/2 weeks and my skin and body look great.
