Highly unlikely. Maybe I am having sympathy pains from reading about all the LS ladies trying.

I am mid cycle plus I take BC religiously.

the fatigue and falling asleep started early April. I was thinking Hormone changes perhaps. we'll see.

The sore boobs are new though since last period.

How large are they? Might want to try going bra-less or getting a proper bra fitting. Apparently it's one of the biggest causes of breast pain, especially since breasts swell near your period.

I don't think it's related to you feeling feverish. Have never heard of a correlation.

Occasionally I get a little breast tenderness before my period for a couple days.

But this started a week before my last period and not I am mid cycle.

I just got remeasure for a bra and they said I should be a 34 D. I was wearing a 36C. the 34 fit better around my back. But at the time I didn't have the extra money for new bras.

Your breast size hasn't changed. 34D is the same breast size as 36C. When the bra back size goes down, the cup size goes up, for the same size breast.

Normal premenstrual breast tenderness or pain (sometimes severe), can occur any time from ovulation until a day or two after the start of your period. If this episode started a week before your period that would be considered normal.

What is unusual is when the pain continues into the first half of your menstrual cycle (before ovulation). This usually only happens in pregnancy or when hormones are out of balance. Sometimes the endocrine system gets disturbed, especially during a period of stress, and your thyroid function may have been temporarily affected. Your doctor will almost certainly be checking this in your blood.

I know how painful it can be but, if nothing shows up from the blood tests, it's possible that it's just a 'one-off'. Wear a well fitting bra until you get it sorted - even in bed if it helps.

Pretty impressive, assuming the rest of your measurements are reasonable.

Get tested for Mono. Do you have any lumps along your neck and glands?

funny you should mention that. I am getting tested for mono. Two of my co-workers had it.

I don't have much contact with them but just in case.

Since the guys are taking care of the boobs question, I'll focus on the fatigue.

You've been feeling tired since April? That sounds rough. I've struggled with fatigue in the past and both times, the blood work revealed what was happening. So here's hoping the doctor gets back to you rapidly!

Feel better soon!

I know my boob since hasn't changed but a 34 feels better. I do need new bras.

Everything is so tender I was thinking some super soft fabric would help.

the fatigue is the worst. I noticed it a little in December but the winter was so long here that I figured it was a touch of SAD.

So when April came around it was still there I asked. She said a lot of her paintents had fatigue and give it a couple months get out in the fresh air and sunshine and see what happens.

I am so sick of being tired. Sleeping 8 plus hours a night and still falling asleep at work.

Try an iron pill for the fatigue.

It always helps me, taking one for a few days is all it takes to right me. You should also be taking a multi-vitamin and eating right and see if that helps.

Caffeine can make boobs ache. Try limiting that.

Thyroid and breast cancer is on the rise. I had thyroid cancer. Get your levels checked. The lymph node system can work that type cancer down to your breasts, via the armpits. Any tenderness in the armpits? Lumps there? Lumps in neck?

I am sure it's not cancer. I only mention since I had it (Thyroid cancer), and it is the fastest increasing cancer in the world, prevalent amoung women (more cases developing than any other cancer).

We will hear alot about this in Japan in the future. 50% of cases are caused by radiation exposure. The other 50% are unexplained but I believe to be related to the stress hormone Cortisol and other hormones being out of balance, typically due to stress or being overweight.

Cheers!

Yes, my blood tests once revealed I had mild anemia. I am prone to it, so when I feel tired, I usually take a few supplements for 5 days, and then poof, all better.

Another time, my B12 was low. Again, supplements rectified the whole thing. And by supplements, I mean I started sticking chicken broth in pretty much anything that could be flavored by it (rice, pasta, soup).

Another time, nothing showed up in the blood work, so the doctor diagnosed me with anxiety.

All that to say, many things can explain fatigue, and getting your blood tested will definitely help your doctor establish a diagnostic.

When do you get the results?

I was thinking low iron or B12 levels myself. I was taking a multi vitamin. I need to start again. I just program my phone to remind me.

I take my other meds in the am. but I have to eat before taking a vitamin.

I am tired of sleeping 8-10 hours and still being exhausted. grrr.

Pending the results of your latest round of tests, I'm voting for mono. That will take you down, tire you out, and give you pain in all kinds of ways and for long periods of time. Given the fact that your co-workers had it, it sounds like a very likely suspect.

I hope get some much-needed answers and that you feel better soon!

That's kind of surprising. My doctors have always tested at least my iron levels when I complained of long bouts of fatigue. I guess she went straight for the worst case scenarios? Glad the "worst" contenders are out of the way. That's a small victory.

Get her to definately check for Iron, B12 and also Vitamin D levels. Though I am surprised those weren't on the list considering your symptoms of being so tired and achy.

I had exhaustion like that and it turned out to be very low B12 levels. I still get B12 shots once a month.
