My co-worker is insisting I pregnant.

Easy enough to rule out.

How about allergies? Any recent environmental changes?

As an example, I had a marked reaction to molds in the past few years, even in small quantities, something I had never experienced in the past. Something in my body changed.

Hope you find the source of your issues. That constant fatigue, something I did experience, sucks. My sympathies.

I still don't understand why your doctor didn't get all the tests done at once. Depending on the nationality, it would have saved you or the system loads of time and money.

I would be highly unlikely that I am. I would have to wait two weeks to take a test anyways.

I have a ton of allergies. and stupid ones to.

Many of my symptoms I attributed to allergies. sneezing, post nasal drip, runny noise. but I never have had them so long and accompied by the fatigue and flush. I get flushed in my face and am running a constant low temp.

I could be allergies. But the meds make me tired so I don't bother taking them. God I sleep though the whole day

Did you share drinks with them? Kiss them? (Not sure if your coworkers are male or female) Share lipstick or share food? IF yes, then there's a possibility that you have mono. If not, then chances are very slim. Mono is contagious but there has to be saliva exchange to catch it.

Check your neck..Do you have any lumps? Ones that feel like a fatty cyst? And, another place for your Dr is to check you is your liver and spleen area. With mono, those organs are enlarged and can be felt quite easily by the Dr.

You may want to research Lugol's iodine and selenium for sore breats or breast cysts.

Or take kelp! It's very healthy. and gives great thyroid support.

Also there's a book: "What Your Doctor Didn't Tell You about Premenopause" Lots of great information for all women to read. I highly recommend it.

(Men: you can recommend it to gfs/spouses etc. Talks a lot about hormones, moods, fatigue, etc.)

Also you may want to cut out or back on gluten foods in your diet. They can contribute to Candida albicans which carries a myriad of symptoms.

Did they check your B12, Iron and Vitamin D levels? Calicum too? Also, ovarian cysts, an ultrasound will show if you have that.

Anyway, please let us know how things go..I'm worried about you!!

Hg, any update on your health? Blood results or more tests?

Hope you're feeling better though.

So all my tests can out fine but I am still fatigued. My doctor thinks I am not getting enough rem sleep.

So now She wanted me to take 1/2 a sleeping pill. So I am doing that. I have more energy in the way that I don't feel like my limbs weigh 200 pound when I walk.

But I am still tired all the time and still am falling asleep at work. I used to have 1-2 glasses of wine at night Thinking that was the problem I gave up drinking. Went back to weight watchers am eating better. still tired.

It is so frustating. Now I am wondering if it is either allergies or lyme diseases. Sometimes I have such brain fog to. grrrr.

she said to give it a month. I am two weeks in.

What about sleep disorders such as apnea or narcolepsia - have those been ruled out?

not yet. She thinks i am not getting rem sleep. She was thinking about a sleep study but I am a light sleeper to began with and also I have trouble sleepign in new environments. ie. the first night of vacation I never sleep well. the study might not be useful.

I don't snore. so she is pretty sure I don't have sleep apnea.

It is frustrating.

Eternal Sunshine

I hope you don't have chronic fatigue syndrome. It's nasty, doesn't show up in tests and lasts forever. It also has symptoms that you describe. I have had it on and off for 14 years :(

P.S. Do you have any muscle pain or generalized body pain?

no no generalized body pain. Except a very heavy feeling. Like my arms and legs are weigh down. Since I have been sleeping better these past two weeks that part has gone away.
