Ok, I made a big mistake about 10 months ago and reintroduced carbs back in my diet. I don't mean diet like going on a fad diet. I mean a way of eating. I now feel awlful, bloated and tired. I gained weight and now the cycle continues. I feel great with no carbs, meaning breads, pasts, white breads. I would eat starchy vegs, tons of protein and fruit and felt fantastic. And I do mean Fantastic!!! No mooody behavior, no bad periods, no headaches, no pimples. Zero. I have to say for me its a game changer. So now I feel like a cheap drug addict. But my drug is wheat thins. Since wheat thins are legal no one will do an intervention plus I still pay my bills, show up to work and am generally a nice person. I think you get the drift. I need a show starter. Any ideas, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please:(
