Am I Overeacting, or is it make or break for our LDR?

WHAT THE ****. She just responded saying she doesn't know what "have a chance with her" means. God friggin dammit.

Just as I was moving on.

Unless she's thicker than a plank (and somehow I doubt that), there no reason whatsoever for her to respond with that kind of a comment unless she gets perverse pleasure from pulling your strings.

If I were you, I'd keep on moving and block her from sending you any more inane messages. Let her get her jollies some other way.

Best,

TMichaels

well english is her second language, so she might not ACTUALLY know what I mean.

Warning: Be careful you're not just trying to justify her behavior 'cause it's starting to sound as if you are.

Like she doesn't know what I am referring to

If it's that much of a mystery to her what you meant, let her get off her own b*tt, do some checking online, with a teacher or one of her friends and get a translation. As I said, I really doubt she's *that* thick, but on the other hand, I can certainly understand why she is so confused.

Now, for the "tough love," mkbrownie...

You need to get a grip. You spent an entire FOUR HOURS of time in the company of this girl!

Though she may have been initially flattered and or curious that you tracked her down from half-way around the world once you got back from holiday, she clearly wasn't as smitten with you and you are with her.

In fact, I would be willing to bet she (and probably her friends/family) think your behavior is excessive, over the top, and a bit scary -- which is why she doesn't know what to make of all this *and you.*

You gave it your best shot -- so no one can ever say you didn't try.

But, it's time to come back to reality and take a look at how you're acting and what's going on in your head.

You really need to back off, get a handle on your emotions and leave the poor girl alone -- and that includes being tempted to call, write her kiss-off letters, talk on IM, text, swap FB messages, Tweets or anything else.

As another poster suggested, your behavior sounds a bit too obsessive and stalker-ish for your (and her) own good. Get out of inside your head, look at your behavior objectively. Chalk it up experience, learn from it, and please move on.

Best,

TMichaels
