I joined a gym this week and tried out boxercise on Thursday then hot yoga on Friday. My rotator cuffs need strengthening if I'm going to get from crow to crane successfully. Weird thing is, I'm sleeping well as a result of elevating off my gluteus (getting off my arse) but I now have bags under my eyes. And having weird dreams, such as the one where Julian Assange with a gang of cronies is trying to wind me up, break into my house and get me in trouble with the law. I love the way the mind works. I went to sweep it up hours later, grabbed the broom only to find my friend's bulldog chewed all the bristles off it. Left the house to go buy a new one, and locked myself out. We got leather recliners, a 2nd fridge dedicated to refreshments, football helmets, a mini basketball hoop, laptops to check fantasy football scores, an air hockey table and even a pool table in the back that can be moved out of the way to make room for a pole when apropriate company arrives..
