Memories are toxic for the mind

I was going through my laptop and I had many pictures of my fiance and looking at them just makes me feel even worst thinking how beautiful she is and sweet she was to me, maybe i could have done more for her, its hard being dumped and then having the memories too. I deleted the pictures from my system, but cant from my brain. I really missed her, tempted to call her, I know she is dating other people, and that kills me. Dont know what else to do.

memories suck for anyone who breaks up. Lemme tell you what i did..i took all the pictures out of my albums that night that we broke up n i was still at his apt...i laid them down and he asked me what i was doing and what i was going to do with them..so i replied "im going to burn them" i was so mad at him, i acted like a total b.it was his fault anyway. But so he said "noooooooo" and took them with him...i dont know why but i think its funny to this day they're still in this cabinet he has by his bed. We both wore eachothers rings on necklaces (he had my school ring and i had his army ring) he didnt want to give it back...he even said he didnt want to. i keep thinking back to that day...was he still attached to me? who knows..but dont let those memories stop you from getting out there and meeting people...you never know things might work out or they might not..but you gotta atleast try. Maybe she'll come back who knows.
