momto3boys
I am proud to say i have gone through day one of NC. I do have a child with my soon to be ex-husband and one on the way, so there will need to be some sort of contact of course. He will not contact me at all, not even to check up on our son or my pregnancy. he probably wont call until he is about to come home. I do need to ask him about sending me child support for our son. How long should i go before contacting him about this?? He has anger/ptsd issues so he told me i needed to leave him a lone. Every time we talk we fight which makes his anger issues/ptsd worse. He has told me things could be civil if i just leave him a lone. Which is fine, i can do that (i was blowing up his phone for a while because i was so angry. I felt like an emotional punching bag to him, and i am). I am trying to respect that he is having mental issues and is trying to seek some sort of help. So how long should i give him before i contact him about child support? We have not filed for anything yet. We decided we'd wait to file for child support once our next child is born so i do not have to pay to refile, etc. He is in a different state so its a pain in the butt and he's in the army so they make him get a DNA test for each child they need to pay for. So we will have to go through that. (least thats what he's telling me.) so we might as well do it all at once since our 2nd child will be here in about 5 or 6 more weeks. Should i not contact him until the middle of next month since he just paid me 300 a week or so ago?
