Back in the 1800's (During Spanish Inquisition im guessing) a husband came home to find another man in bed with his wife. The man ran from the husband jumping down the stairs but at the same time the husband shot the man and killed him. During the court hearing the man walked free because of something about another man being in his home and bed. The woman of course didn't get off so easy. She was sentenced to I believe is was 10-15 years (I could be off by alot) in prison. Thoughts? Link to post Share on other sites

Caught in the act with her lover, Tracy Denise Roberson -- thinking quickly, if not clearly -- cried rape, authorities say. Her husband pulled a gun and killed the other man with a shot to the head. Thoughts? how friggin sweet!!!! about the sentence for the wife, not the killing of the man. but the man would have deserved a good beatdown and thrown out into the street naked.
