ffw
Interesting. I'll look into it. I just received a letter from the guy. He tried explaining himself. He's just so crazy. Why do I still feel bad for him? I feel like I want to cry right now. I wish this whole thing would just go away. Sorry to hear that Shannon. You know as well as I do it will go away with time. You are a strong & kind person.
Author ShannonMI
Sorry to hear that Shannon. You know as well as I do it will go away with time. You are a strong & kind person. Thank you. It's just hard to read this rambling letter and hear the desperation. All I want is for him to get the proper help. It's tragic to me. He's a decent person, he's just sick. I will stay strong and hopefully he just moves on.
Author ShannonMI
Update....He got out of jail and left to go back to California. The day he got out of jail he came to my shop and tried to talk to me. I shut him down immediately. He left yesterday for Cali and he text me this morning just saying that he was back at home and that he was sorry he didn't get to hug me goodbye before he left. I sent back that I wished him the best and I hope he someday gets the proper help. He said he is currently on meds and thanked me for being so kind to close it out nicely. He said that he loved me. Then he sent me a picture of the two of us and wrote "summer of love, thank you." The term "love" is a little much because I honestly didn't think it was that deep, but maybe in his mind it was. I didn't respond after that. Hopefully that will be the end of it. Thank you for all the responses and advice everyone!:)
Thierro
You know, the whole coping forum is a big sea with lonely and broken hearts in a broken ship. It often feels like we are alone trying to figure out where to go and how to fix things to be able to tame the sea and to be able to explore the horizon that is in front of us. Quite often we will see other people like ourselves with the same damaged hearts and broken love stories trying to fix their own boats to be able to make sense of it all and to move on. Right now, I am just a guy passing you by, telling you you look beautiful and wishing you all the best in the future. It will work out in the end. Ahoy matie.
