Dblock10 Posted October 2, 2011 Share Posted October 2, 2011 i know a lot of people advocate NC to the "n'th" degree, but i just read a post stating that contact can be closure. this is so true. my first love left me for another guy, i gave it a year of nc, then saw her one day, i talked to her (yes we spoke ) and i got everything off my chest, i no longer wanted her back at that point, and i suddenly felt free from all the pain and anger. so basically what i am saying is, unless they totally screwed you over and you realllly dont want to speak to them again, then do! do it for yourself to get over them.
