WhiteChocolate Posted October 7, 2011 Share Posted October 7, 2011 I'm a sophomore at university. A couple of weeks ago I joined a student organization. When I met them, I just knew that I would probably find some of my lifelong friends there; the culture was amazing and made me feel right at home. I have already really connected with many people in it...including the president of the organization. I'm starting to like him more and more. I didn't even know he was the president for a week, and I'm really trying to be objective about this. I know it's kind of weird...the president...anyways. We've texted back and forth for a couple of nights. I'm not experienced with relationships and I don't know if he is being flirtateous or is just naturally funny. I'm going to invite him to get coffee with me early next week (we talked it, he said to call him when I wanted caffeine )...and see how it goes. Could some1 give another perspective on this? I hope I'm not being blinded by youth, inexperience, and horniness... Link to post Share on other sites

Do you mean they have lots of guys and aren't excited about any of them? Or have no guys and are sad? I'm cautious because being in the same organization is almost like working together, except not under contract. I really want a leadership position, and I'm trying to discover and weed out any ulterior motive I might have within me. Looking for more opinions. Link to post Share on other sites

It's only been like half a week, maybe it's nothing XP I initiated texting Wed and Thursday, and the last two nights he has contacted me going, "Whatcha up to?" and "You asleep?" then we chat for a bit. LOOOL I will try that one day He drunk texted/called me last night at 4am.
