yoyo04
I HAVE A PROBLEM ................ My husband of 1 year (been together for 6 years) and I have been having problems for some time. Mostly communication and compromise. 3 mos. ago a longtime guy friend from work asked me to meet him to talk. We met at a local bookstore and talked a couple hours. He told me that he didn't want to hurt our friendship and has had feelings for me for 4 years. There has always been a mutual attraction between us, but neither acted on it because of our involvement with others. He is in the process of divorcing. I hugged him when we departed. A week later we met in the park, as we do now once a week. We talk a lot about our individual goals and dreams. The two of us just click unlike any other man I have known. I kissed him on the 3rd time we got together. Other than the park, we have walked the mall or had a few drinks at times. We have had one sexual encounter, but he couldn't get an erection. This really bothered him, of course, but just touching, kissing, carressing, etc. was all we really needed. We love each other and talk to each other on the phone daily and hide our feelings for each other at work. My husband has no clue about our relationship. He has now decided that he doesn't want to lose me and will do whatever it takes to compromise and hold our marriage together. Today I met my OM at the park. We walked and talked. I told him how torn I am between the two of them. He told me that he didn't like seeing me this way and just wants to see me happy. We were both crying and he told me that he loves me and will miss me. At the start of this letter, he called to make sure I was OK. I told him that if at some point my marriage does not work out, that he would be the first to know. He told me that he would not be looking for another girlfriend because he knew he could never find another like me. MY HEART IS ABSOLUTELY BROKEN I DREAM OF THE LIFE WE COULD SHARE TOGETHER WHILE I LIVE WITH MY HUSBAND TRYING TO MAKE UP FOR RECENT BAD TIMES WITH HIM. HELP!
