ziggue
My boyfriend and I are thinking of going away for the first time. In our relationship. . Any romantic ideas for the trip? I already have a couple but wouldn't mind on some help with more. .
Thinkalot
A nice B&B or self contained cottage somewhere beautiful, by the beach, or in the mountains...maybe with a nice spa and stuff like that. That's what we did for our first weekend away and it was great, and romantic. The place we stayed even served us dinner on our own private balcony. If you are thinking of a longer trip, well it really depends howmuch you have to spend! Lots of great destinations overseas....or what about heading to Queensland, for some warmer winter weather? Author ziggue
It's would only be a weekend trip Friday, Saturday. Two nights. Maybe just even one night. We both work during the week so the weekend is the only option to get away. We were only gonna stay in a really nice Hotel or something. In Sydney or Newcastle. I live on the Central Coast. We just want the weekend to be about getting away from everything and just spending some time alone together just the two of us. .
Thinkalot
Sounds lovely. Wherever you stay will be nice. I love little cottage type places....what about Hunter Valley or something? I actually don't live far away from you!
Author ziggue
Cool! I will have to do some researching on the Net sometime this week for Cottages, Bed & Breakfasts. Wouldn't they cost more but? Oh well I guess I will find out. .
Kat
All I can suggest is a 'no tv' rule. People get bored pretty quickly Thats what we do when we go to Straddie, however we usually sleep, swim, eat, sleep, swim, eat, sleep rinse and repeat. Rarely any 'spice'. Our weekends away are just that, weekends away from everything, so we usually just catch up on sleep
