who actually wins the lottory/ money prizes

some one here won 2.5 million dollars in my town a couple years ago , turns out they already live on an island and we're multi-millionaires because they we're Aires of someone in the first place........Go fuigure

I think multimillionaires ought not buy tickets. How greedy can people be? Hmph.

 

I don't know people who have won, but the little store down the street has photos up of local winners and, last I counted, there were at least 8 photos of people who had won 100,000 and up.

The lottery is not a drawing for tickets, it's a drawing for numbers. If the multimillionaires hadn't bought the ticket, it wouldn't change your odds of winning--it's not like they 'took' your spot.
