I live in a [relatively] large city in New Zealand.

I find that approaching/socialising with women here is rather difficult and I was wondering if others are having the same difficulty with kiwi women. It's hard to break into a group and they instantly assume that strangers approaching them just want to pick up and will just tell you to f*** off.

I'm aware that it's a bit different in Europe, for example, where it's quite normal to meet new people of the opposite sex and start a conversation. Foreigners I have meet have observed in NZ that, in general, you'll see guys hanging out together and girls hanging out together and not a lot of inter-mingling (unless they knew eachother already, of course).

Of course, I could be completely wrong about all this but regardless I would like some opinion. I'm not sure how easy that is going to be, I could very well be the only NZer using this forum!

Cheers

They're all crazy. Kiwi men tend to be sexy as hell! Come to the US; we'll be eating out of the palm of your hand.
