findingnemo
IME, less volume (of food) and/or more carbs and proteins = less often; more volume and/or more fiber = more often. As an example, when I travel long distances by air, the combo of less food, less fiber than normal and more alcohol (which can dehydrate), along with less than normal ambulation, pushes things out to three days sometimes. From what I've seen and read, your 'movements' are within the realm of normal. Is that what it is? Idiot me always thought my body didn't like hotel room loos:laugh:laugh:.
