InmannRoshi
a) Sorry, Christians don't own the copyright to those holidays. Both Easter and Christmas were orginally celebrate as pagan hollidays hundreds of years before Jesus supposedly lived. I don't celebrate "Christ has Risen !!!", but I will go have a nice dinner with my family because I enjoy the opportunity to spend time with them whenever I get the chance, and I don't see how that's hypocritical in the least. Asking why an agnostic would participate in christmas customs is essentially like asking a christian why they participate in a pagan tradition like a christmas tree. Not all symbols have the same meaning to everyone. b) If you had a dying child, why wouldn't you hire a voodoo witch doctor to rub some plant roots on its wounds in order to heal them. I dunno ... Maybe because you think the voodoo witch doctor is deluded, full of **** and it won't do a damn bit of good.
