Mare2 Posted November 15, 2011 Share Posted November 15, 2011 Long story, I had to be out of town for about 1 1/2 years for work, we flew to see each other about every 3 months, I spent this past summer with him as well. So, now I have accepted a job back home. Here is the problem, while I was gone, he seems to have gotten fairly close to a few women whom I despise. We have had a few quarells about them. Since Ive been gone, he has been hanging out at a certain bar, which, when I was home all last summer we NEVER went to, well we did once and the bartender who used to be nice to me, (one of the women we quarelled about) she did not even acknowledge me. Her friend has chased my guy for ever. SHE hangs out there to. So now I am going home and he said THEY will have an issue with me being home? WTF? We have been kind of arguing about this, then to top it off, tonight he casually mentions that he has gone out with them a few times "in a group'. Oh, so? I go out in groups, not one of those guys would care if my BOYFRIEND showed up!! Has he been cheating on me??????? Link to post Share on other sites
aisle_seat Posted November 15, 2011 Share Posted November 15, 2011 I'm not sure I'd call it cheating...but it's extremely disrespectful for him to be friends with and go out with women that are interested in him romantically and/or dislike you. I would never do either...I just love my girl too much to hurt her like that. He may not intend it to be (if he's that dense), but he really is playing a game with you.
