Mr. Marvellous
The best thing to do, as everybody would probably advise you, is to tell the truth. It's not going to be easy. You have to be prepared for your wife's reaction. It's either you tell the truth or have that brick on your chest forever.
YaOldBuckaroo
Hey mehul92831, If I were in your shoes, I'd step forward and tell the truth about the other debts or whatever it is you're keeping from her. Here's a helpful article explaining why you shouldn't lie, and the negative impacts in has on your relationship with your wife: http://stoplying.net/stop-telling-lies.php Hope this helps, Max

Lauriebell82
Why did you lie to her about your debt? How did she find out you lied? And also, come clean about the bank statement, she will find out eventually and it will just make things worse. I feel like there may be some other issues here such as insecurity and fear. Those things need talked out with your wife. You need to figure out why you keep lying and discuss this with her. She needs to know why as well.
