sher871
My atty requested a Discovery of Assets in which my husband complied by submitting all of our financial documents and statements for the past 3 years (stocks, IRAs, bank accounts, etc). My attorney's secretary called and said that my attorney received and went through all of the documents my husband provided. Now I have to go to an appointment to work through a "assets and liabilities" form that my attorney has. What can I expect at this type of meeting?? What comes next? We already have the joint parenting agreement completed, agreed and signed.
