I haven't posted in some time because I finally started to see light at the end of the tunnel and felt I didn't need LS anymore. It's too true that once it seems you've moved on from your ex, they always find a way back into your life. These past few weeks have been nothing but happiness for me and my ex only added to that. I've been having nothing but good days for quite a while due to seeing my family and entertaining new hobbies. I've even had those days where I go to bed at night and think "hey, I forgot to think about her today...oh well". My ex text me one day while I was at work asking what I was doing; when I didn't answer she sends another one saying "look, I know you don't wanna talk to me, but I need to tell you something and then I'll leave you alone". I sent a text back saying "say it"...What I was about to see from her completely devastated me and made me look at her in a completely new light. She told me that I should know she had herpes and I needed to get tested. I replied back with "that sucks, but I haven't slept with you since before the breakup, so I think I'm good". What she didn't know was that I had gotten tested 2 weeks after the breakup and came up clean. She told me that she tested positive for herpes in May (we broke up in August), but didn't want to tell me because she thought I would breakup with her (selfish much?). I then told her that I had already been tested. She asked whether I was clean or not and I told her I was. She sends one back saying "that pisses me off, why am I the one with herpes when you're the one who slept with that whore when we were broken up?". I replied "not my problem anymore, have fun with that though :)" It really pisses me off that she was completely willing to threaten my health because she thought I would breakup with her and then she does it 3 months later. I actually remember her going to the doctor about her hurting in that area and she told me they said it was folliculitis. I loved this girl enough that I would have stayed with her even if I knew she had it, but now there's no way in hell I'd take her back lol. She's tried texting me a few times (we've been NC for 2 1/2 months minus the text I sent letting her know her bills were past due), just simple what's up?, What're you doing? type texts, I haven't replied to any of them as I have no desire whatsoever to be with her again. It shouldn't take three times leaving me to realize whether or not you want to be with me, so I'm taking the high road. I've actually started seeing a girl who does fitness modeling for a living and actually has her s**t together! Link to post Share on other sites
