I recently bought a house through her in april and I have been talking with her on the phone about my house and have had long conversations with her about other things on occasion. I am actually going to the bar with her tonight and I was wondering what people's approach would be hanging out with your realtor. She is two years younger then me and is a pretty cool girl. I generally like talking with her but don't know how I should approach this one.
