somedude81
Why not see a girl like this as an oportunity "I'm right over her princess!" Not "you are not a princess..." I'm sure you meant, "I'm right over here princess." Though Dust, from reading my posts you should know that I do that. And the girls I like reject me because they think I'm not good enough to be their prince.
kaylan
I think the current generation of Hollywood romance films are very different. Its not always lasting love and what not. Watch "500 Days of Summer". That movie kinda depressed me and made me not want to look for love, but it was very realistic. Also check out "The Dreamers", its about platonic and romantic love too. As well as youthful discovery.

zlatnapolja
Hollywood movie scripts are based on the idea that two people have to 'fight for each other'. It's a bunch of misunderstandings and miscommunications in a row, followed by deception, cheating, fighting etc. The finally consists of the both of them realizing they dont want to lose the other person so they'll run towards each other (running is considered to be extremly romantic in hollywood for some reason) make up and kiss. Thats a HORRIBLE relationship! And to quote dr Phil: The best way to predict the future is to look at the past. So after the movie ends they'll probably repeat all the fighting etc. Settle for a borring guy and you'll live happily ever after:p
piggyoink
running in slow-motion to him/her and then hugging, and turning around and around while the passerby clap is great.
